About seven years ago, I picked up a camera simply as a creative outlet. At the time, I never imagined it would turn into something more. What started as curiosity quickly became a passion, and over the years that passion evolved into the foundation of McDowell Media.

As I continued developing my style behind the camera, I also spent years working closely with social media and learning how powerful visual content can be when it’s paired with the right strategy. I began to see firsthand how the right photo, the right video, or the right piece of content could completely change the way a brand connects with people online.

Today, McDowell Media sits at the intersection of creativity and strategy. My focus is simple: create compelling visual content that not only looks cinematic and intentional, but also helps individuals and businesses build stronger brands, capture attention, and grow their audience in a meaningful way.

Looking back, I never expected a hobby to evolve into the work I get to do today. But that same curiosity and passion that started seven years ago is still what drives every project I take on.
